Dusty White, CHT,DCH(c) is the Founder and Director of NLP Success Institute -providing custom workshops and consulting services to corporations and small businesses. These workshops and services provide communication tools to managers and individuals to enhance their effectiveness in business and personal relationships. She is also the Founder and Director of Counting Down... a practice in therapeutic techniques, including hypnotherapy, NLP, and Time Line TherapyŽ. In addition, as the Director of NLP, she is a regular instructor at the Palo Alto School of Hypnotherapy. Dusty
was an early employee of Adobe Systems, where she served in a variety of
managerial positions. Managing a
creative department of 30 regular employees and 40 consultants and contractors
in multiple locations has provided a valuable foundation for her current work. She now works as a management consultant in Silicon Valley, where she acts as a trainer, coach, and troubleshooter for technical companies. She has taught tutorials on management topics at Stanford University, UC Berkeley Extension and at the USENIX Association for three years. She is co-author of The Management Geek, a soon-to-be published book on management techniques, and co-author of several articles published in the USENIX Association Magazine, ;login.
