Joy has joined the ranks of the "consultant" world after thirty years experience in the Human Resource field in companies such as ITT, Raytheon, Gillette, Oral-B Laboratories, Quintron Systems, Remedy and the Pacific IBM EFCU.  While with a division of Gillette, Joy gained international human resource experience, with responsibility for operations in 28 different countries. 

Joy holds a B.A. degree from Chapman College and has a Masters in Human Resources/Organizational Development pending from the University of San Francisco.  With a Bachelor in Psychology and a minor in Business, Joy's academic background is as varied as her work experience.  The Masters degree supports Joy's effectiveness and "passion" for the Organizational Development and Training side of the HR profession.  Joy is certified to teach the Development Dimensions International programs and is a distributor of Carlson Learning products.  

Her training "passion" facilitated her being involved in two delegations that provided training/management information in Russia, the Czech Republic, Poland, and teaching a management seminar in Romania.  Joy has been a volunteer trainer for the National Alliance of Business and has made frequent presentations to groups such as the National Management Association and University Women.
