Tony Andrade has been a primary or participating founder in over 10 startup companies in Food Processing, Modular Home Manufacturing in Hawaii, Computer Prepared Income Tax Returns, Medical Devices, data base marketing and electronic parts assembly, Virtual ISP marketing and  marketing sales of Broadband content and services.  He has served as the President, Business Development Officer, Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer, Controller and Investor Relations Officer for some of the Companies. Having experienced firsthand both successes and setbacks, he has gained extensive hands-on experience in virtually every aspect of launching and growing companies and the interpersonal relations that are paramount in any enterprise’s success. 

Tony received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Santa Clara, where his emphasis was in Accounting and Philosophy. He also practiced as a CPA for 20 years with a wide diversity of tax, auditing and advisory service clients. Mr. Andrade has worked for an International CPA firm and an International Management Consulting Company.  Additionally, he has significant experience in financial analysis, corporate restructuring, leveraged buyouts, strategic planning, closely held company valuations and startup incubation.  He has spoken about company valuations and qualified as an expert witness in those matters.

Tony was elected twice to a Community College Board of Trustees.
